About Dancing in the Streets

Dancing in the Streets - downtown Bremen is dancing. On an open air stage at the marketplace enthusiastic dancers from Bremen and surrounding areas spark the want for creative movement, exciting passengers passing by, as well as fans of dance, that came to see the performances on purpose.

Choreographies, open classes, walking acts, glances behind the scenes of the daily theatre life, presentations by dance schools and a lot of opportunities for the audience to become active make this festival about the joy of movement.

With Dancing in the Streets, TanzRAUM Nord and steptext dance project e.V. illustrate in their cooperation with the Landesverband TanzSzene Bremen, how dance can be integrated in daily life- everyday, everywhere.
